JR Front Snorkel for Extreme Swimming

The snorkel is ideal for new swimmers and is suitable for children who are just starting to swim.
Using the mouthpiece has a double advantage:
1) Technical. The snorkel allows the swimmer to focus on body balance, head position, and the technical quality of the stroke by eliminating the breathing phase (in crawl and breaststroke styles);
2) Conditional. Breathing through the snorkel during interval training increases the lungs' capacity to expel air and thus prepares for optimal inhalation. The conditional benefits of using the snorkel during training are: increased resistance to exercise, reduced physical exertion, and improved performance. The product can also be used during the pre-competition warm-up to induce adequate warm-up of the respiratory muscles, which reduces fatigue during competition.
